In this example for Yellow Birds Play Academy, care was taken to ensure the form was built and designed to assist the recruitment process with:

• locating emails – subject line states: applicant name and position applied for
• locating CVs – all CVs sent have their filename automatically renamed to: the position applied for and applicant name
• keeping the form as short as possible – only two fields (name and email address) are required, to maximise submissions, by ‘reducing friction’. Read more
• backing CVs up in the cloud – CVs sent via the form can also be automatically sent to a client’s secure nominated Dropbox folder.
